This year we are very excited to see several of our clients become finalists and win some prestigious awards, reflecting the quality of the writers that have chosen to publish through Pedernales Publishing.
Finalists for the 2016 INDIES Awards from Foreword Reviews, the leading publication recognizing the independent publishers and authors of America include Elizabeth Stewart for Collect Value Divest, a concise guide for collectors and anyone with commonly asked questions about the value of our possessions. She provides tips on how to buy, sell, insure, auction, and explains how to bequeath them.
Also a finalist was Diane Rose-Solomon for What to Expect When Adopting a Dog. In addition, Diane’s book won the Benjamin Franklin Silver Award from IBPA, and was a finalist in the Dog Writers of America competition this year.
Last but not least, Judith T. Lambert was named the Gold Medal winner in the Near Death Experience category in the first annual International Excellence Body, Mind, Spirit Book Award Contest on March 17, 2017. This impressive honor was given for her book, The Light: A Modern-Day Journey for Peace that is currently being distributed by New Leaf Distributing Company. Judith also won the prestigious IPPY Bronze Medal in the New Age/Mind-Body-Spirit category.
